- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience with API development and management to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in scripting and automation to support integration workflows and testing.
