We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Collection Executive to collect chit installment payments from customers, maintain positive customer relationships, and ensure timely collections.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to collect monthly chit installment payments.
- Issue payment receipts after every collection.
- Follow up with customers on pending or overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports.
- Deposit collected cash/cheques as per company guidelines.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Ensure all collections are completed within the assigned schedule.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
