Now, we are looking for someone who can build our team, systems, and culture from scratch.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional HR role.
You will act as a Talent Builder + System Creator + Team Driver.

Your main job:
Build a high-performance team that helps The RST Show scale to millions.

Key Responsibilities Hiring & Talent Acquisition

- Hire video editors, designers, content strategists, social media managers
- Create job descriptions, screening systems & hiring pipelines
- Conduct interviews & shortlist high-quality candidates

Systems & Operations

- Build daily workflow systems (editing, posting, content pipeline)
- Ensure team productivity & accountability
- Track performance (output, deadlines, quality)

Performance Management

- Set targets (e.g., reels per day, content output)
- Monitor attendance, discipline & team consistency
- Implement improvement plans

Culture & Communication

- Maintain a robust, positive, high-performance work culture




- Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth communication
- Keep the team aligned with company goals

Who Should Apply

- Experience in HR / Recruitment / Operations (preferred)
- Strong communication & decision-making skills
- Ability to handle pressure & deliver results
- Organized, disciplined & execution-focused

- Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
