About the Role

We’re hiring a Work From Home Telecaller to be the voice of our business. You’ll reach out to potential and existing customers via calls, understand their needs, and drive sales from the comfort of your home. If you’re self-motivated, have a good phone presence, and can hit targets without office supervision, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Handle 80-100 calls daily using your own phone/sim or company-provided dialer to pitch products/services and follow up with leads.
- Lead Conversion: Qualify prospects, explain benefits clearly, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets independently.
- CRM Updates: Log every call, disposition, and customer detail accurately in CRM/Google Sheets on the same day.
- Customer Support: Address basic queries, share info via WhatsApp/email, and escalate unresolved issues to the team.
- Daily Reporting: Attend short daily video/voice huddles and share end-of-day reports with your team lead.

Requirements

- Setup: Own a smartphone, secure internet connection, and a quiet workspace at home. Laptop/PC preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate in any stream.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi,



and English. Clear, confident, and persuasive on calls.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using Android/iOS apps, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and basic CRM tools. Training will be provided.
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, BPO preferred. Freshers with excellent communication welcome.
- Key Traits: Self-disciplined, target-oriented, good listener, ability to work without constant supervision.
- Availability: 6 days working, 9-10 hours shift with 30 minutes break. Fixed or rotational week-off.
