Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Construction Head to lead our construction division and take complete ownership of project execution. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in delivering residential, commercial, mixed-use, MSB, mid-rise, and special building projects while ensuring quality, timely delivery, cost control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the construction division and oversee end-to-end project execution.
- Manage multiple residential, commercial, mixed-use, MSB, and special building projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Build and lead high-performing construction and site execution teams.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor planning, execution, quality, safety, procurement, and project progress.
- Implement effective systems for project planning, cost control, reporting, and process improvement.




- Resolve technical, site, and execution challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Drive contractor performance, resource optimization, and customer-focused project handovers.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in construction management and real estate project execution.
- Proven experience handling residential, commercial, MSB, mid-rise, mixed-use, or special building projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred); additional qualifications in Construction or Project Management are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, quality control, cost management, safety compliance, BOQs, MEP coordination, and contractor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Reporting To: Chairman / Group Leadership

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
