- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into transparent and actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights.
