- Check and verify guest tickets and entry passes.
- Maintain proper records of lounge entries and exits.
- Ensure only authorized guests enter the AC Waiting Lounge.
- Monitor the premises and ensure guest safety and security.
- Control unauthorized entry and report suspicious activities.
- Assist guests with basic queries and guide them when required.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor and security team.
- Maintain discipline and follow all safety and security procedures.
