Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Identify opportunities for client retention and business growth.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in client servicing, customer success, or relationship management is preferred.
