About the Role

5 Archetype Works is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Sales Executive who can identify opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and help brands discover the right marketing solutions. If you enjoy conversations that turn into collaborations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Identify potential clients and understand their marketing and business requirements.
- Pitch the company's services including Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Production, Branding, and Content Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
- Prior experience in a Media Agency, Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Production House is mandatory.




- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently pitch ideas and convert opportunities into business.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach towards work.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, influencer marketing, and content ecosystems will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
