Business Development Manager (BDM) / BDE – Salon Division

Locations: Jammu | Gurugram | Noida | Ghaziabad | W. UP

At Ossion Beauty, we're expanding our Salon Division and looking for passionate, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive secondary sales by regularly visiting salons in the assigned territory
- Expand the professional salon business and strengthen the distribution network
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon partners
- Plan and execute Master Classes, product demonstrations, seminars, and salon education programs
- Coordinate with salons to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve business targets

Candidate Profile





- 1–2 years of experience in the professional salon industry
- Strong knowledge of salon sales, distribution, and market development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory
