About the Role

We are looking for a Native German-speaking Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end publishing projects for global publishing clients. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills in German and English, and hands-on experience in scientific, technical, or academic publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end publishing projects from manuscript receipt to final delivery.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with authors, editors, production teams, vendors, and clients across different geographies.
- Track project schedules, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, publishing standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify project risks,



resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications

- Native German Speaker (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of Project Management experience in the Publishing industry.
- Proven experience managing Books and/or Journals publishing projects.
- Robust understanding of publishing workflows, including Copyediting, Typesetting, XML, Pagination, Proofreading, and Quality Control.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
