Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong client relationships. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Follow up regularly with prospective buyers to maximize conversions.




- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and customer inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Robust customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
