Assist in preparing proposals, commercial documents, and supporting the sales team during client discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ERPNext proposals using standard templates.
- Assist in creating scope and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for proposal inputs.
- Maintain proposal records and documentation.
- Follow up with clients for proposal feedback.
- Support contract and agreement documentation.
- Track proposal status and closure updates.
- Learn pricing and negotiation processes.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Documentation and presentation skills.
- Basic business and commercial understanding.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
