Job Description:

- Provide technical support to customers through voice, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and operating system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, application, and connectivity problems.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and basic networking issues.
- Handle Active Directory user account management, password resets, and permissions.
- Create, update, and resolve support tickets using a ticketing system.
- Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Provide remote support to international clients while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service records.
- Follow SLAs and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.




- Work effectively in US night shifts and collaborate with global teams.
- Maintain data security and follow company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–7 years of experience in IT Technical Support.
- Willingness to work US Night Shift.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience supporting US/International clients is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, DNS, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and Ticketing Tools.
- Knowledge of remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
