We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of a resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and driving business growth while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns.
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Administration teams.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and profitability.
- Prepare budgets, control operational costs, and maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth facility management.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role at a resort, hotel, or hospitality property.
