About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead enterprise data architecture initiatives for large-scale healthcare data transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise data platforms, SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, cloud technologies, and data harmonization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise data architecture strategy and solution design.

Design integration architecture across SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and cloud data platforms.

Develop enterprise-wide data harmonization strategies across global commercial data domains.

Design and maintain enterprise data models and architecture standards.

Drive data standardization, consolidation, and governance initiatives.

Align enterprise architecture with global commercial operating models.

Define architecture principles focused on scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

Provide technical leadership to data engineering, ETL,



and data modeling teams.

Review solution designs, ETL frameworks, and implementation approaches.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture.

Strong expertise in SAP ERP data architecture.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM data architecture.

Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms.

Solid knowledge of data harmonization and data standardization.

Experience working with AWS Cloud Data Platforms (preferred).

Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and solution architecture capabilities.
