Job Summary:

MG Cafe is looking for an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to lead the overall operations of our café at Mannat Haveli, Nathdwara. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the café team to achieve high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor daily sales, control operational costs, and work towards achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, vendor coordination, and minimize wastage.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate manpower during shifts.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the corporate office regarding procurement, maintenance, HR, and operational requirements.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly operational reports, sales reports, and inventory reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve guest experience, increase sales, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in café, restaurant, hotel, or QSR operations, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, food cost control, and café operations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
