We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Business Development Associate to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services, and generate leads or sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive listening and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
