Simplified Core Responsibilities

- Lead the Floor: Brief the staff before shifts, set up duty rosters, and supervise the dining room to ensure every guest is well-attended.
- Manage Guest Experience: Warmly welcome and seat guests, handle reservations, and manage seating plans.
- Resolve Issues: Step in immediately to handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
- Staff Training: Mentor new waiters and stewards on restaurant standards, table setups, and guest handling.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Leadership: Ability to supervise a team and coordinate daily dining activities.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of cuisines, ingredients, and beverages to assist with guest queries and allergies.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage both staff and diverse guest backgrounds.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
