Position: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: R City Mall, Ghatkopar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage customers, delivering a premium in-store experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right jewellery products.
- Drive counter sales and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Build lasting ustomer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Take ownership of store operations, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
- Support inventory management, stock audits, and replenishment activities.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
- Proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven approach.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and retail reporting.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
