- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries, Instagram chats.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain customer database in Excel Sheet.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- This role is not target-based.
Requirements:
- Good communication in English
- Other Languages preferred.
- Do you speak hindi more advantage
- WhatsApp and computer basics.
- Customer handling experience is an advantage.
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree
