Job -Backend Developer (Python/Django + AI)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Python, Django, and exposure to AI/ML-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating backend systems that power intelligent, data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architecture using Python and Django.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with frontend, AI, and data teams to deploy machine learning models in production.

Optimize database queries, caching, and overall system performance.

Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of backend workflows.

Work with DevOps tools for deployment and CI/CD automation.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in backend development using Python and Django.

Experience in API development, integration, and performance optimization.

Valuable understanding of AI/ML integration (e.g., model deployment, API consumption).

Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Proficiency with Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Familiarity with asynchronous task management (Celery, Redis).

Solid understanding of REST architecture, authentication, and security principles.
-
Developed secure backend systems by implementing SSO for seamless authentication and RBAC for controlled access, reducing manual access management and improving compliance.

Good to Have

Experience with FastAPI or Flask.

Exposure to data pipelines or AI model lifecycle management.

Knowledge/experience in frontend integration concepts.
