Job Description

Winiyog Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain Winiyog's financial products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, or Banking/Financial Services.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
