- Responsible for achieving bucket wise collections targets assigned
- Effective Manpower Management and timely reporting of any issues and negotiate on critical delinquent accounts and obtain repayments to minimize losses. Drive Manpower efficiency and productivity .
- Following Collection Process starting from collection, reciting, repossession and surrender process. . Understand the entire collection Process, System understanding end to end. Abide by the policies of the company
- Updation of feedbacks in collection module, updation of money receipts in collection module and updation of seizure entries / legal entries in collection module
- Total Resolution ( Bucket X and Flexi).
- PI Per Receipt on BX
- Deposition AVG Day
- System upload of trails and feedbacks and necessary entries by 100% coverage and timely updations and adhere and implement HFCL policies and process with Manpower provided.
- Ensure proper documentation of collected cases and provide regular updates on the delinquency levels and case feedbacks
- Liaison with legal/ law enforcing authorities for speedy collections and repossessions on accounts and document the same through trails and feedback updations.




- Visit to tough cases with the collectors / agency supervisor, reviewing and guiding the agency team/manpower and entertain walk in customers for any queries on collection issues and negotiating for settlement amounts with the customers.
- Check on negative areas and ensuring Remittance of monies from channels in stipulated time frame
- Ensure updation of database for account holder’s change of address, allocation and trail updation management at DCAs, periodic audit of collectors / receipt book and reconciliation
- Ensure to go through the mandatory PRIDE Training modules and adhered to the company policy. Individual must at all times, live up to the Values of Hero fin Corp. i.e. TITHI - Teamwork, Integrity, Trust & Respect, Humility and Innovation and Speed to achieve the organisation goals.
