What we're looking for:

- Passion for sales and achieving incentives
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Hindi and Marathi speaking preferred
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

I believe sales is all about serving people,



find a hungry market,deep down their problems and provide solution to them with your products and services

Responsibility Deliverable

Getting on a call, understanding their needs and providing our services to solve their problems.

Making them realise if they don't take actions today,it will be their big loss

Doing followup with them with testimonials for better conversion

Tasks & Activities

Calling leads who are interested in the program and solving their queries to take right decision

Maintaining video and text testimonials to send them if they have doubts about program

Collecting fees of lock seat cba students

Ensuring maximum people show up in CBA who are closed by me

Upgrading skills to observe what works best

Running Marathi / Hinglish sales Webinar

Measurement Metrics

Observe both types of call,people who converted and who didn't and focusing on what's working best

Measuring Weekly revenue and always aim to scale it

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
