Marketing Manager | FlaxBuilding India's Everyday Healthy Food Brand

Today, Flax operates across multiple locations, offering wholesome bowls, wraps, salads, sandwiches, and guilt-free desserts that fit seamlessly into modern lifestyles. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Marketing Manager with 6–8 years of experience in Hospitality, F&B;, QSR, Cloud Kitchen, Restaurant, or Consumer Food Brands to help drive the next phase of our growth.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
- Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Manage influencer collaborations, content creation, photoshoots, and video shoots
- Work closely with operations and leadership teams to drive footfall, orders, and repeat business
- Analyze customer insights, campaign performance, and market trends
- Manage agency partners, media collaborations, and creative execution




- Strengthen brand visibility and customer loyalty across all consumer touchpoints

What We're Looking For

- 4–5 years of marketing experience
- Mandatory experience in Hospitality, F&B;, QSR, Restaurant, Cloud Kitchen, Café, or Food Brands
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing and brand building
- Experience managing digital campaigns, content, influencer marketing, and activations
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
