Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Architect II to join our Architecture team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Architectural BIM modeling and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit. You will be responsible for developing BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring model quality, and delivering project requirements while adhering to international BIM standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop detailed Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
- Prepare conceptual, detailed, construction, and shop drawings as per project requirements.
- Create floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and architectural detailing with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free project delivery.
- Perform clash detection and constructability reviews using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and document project discussions and action items.
- Produce quantity take-offs and material schedules as per client requirements.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and client requirements.
- Maintain model health, accuracy, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.




- Assist in model reviews, QA/QC checks, and implementation of design revisions.
- Support senior team members in project planning, coordination, and timely delivery of milestones.
- Mentor and guide junior BIM Architects whenever required.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Mandatory).
- 2–4 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Good understanding of architectural construction drawings, detailing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project workflows.
- Robust coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on international BIM projects.
- Knowledge of point cloud modeling and Scan-to-BIM workflows is an added advantage.
- Exposure to 4D/5D BIM concepts and quantity estimation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
