Role and Responsibility

- Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media - animated explainers, GIFs, carousel banner ads, etc.

- Implement the strategy, planning and execution of UX and UI related design activities.

- Innovate come up with creative ideas for visual designs that meet the company s requirements Entire creative content curation right from concept creation and screenplay to animation.

- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback

- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces

- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components

- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, infographics)

- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. problem solving, responsiveness) •

- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.

- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques





- Regularly collaborate with the digital marketing team

- Measuring and monitoring KPIs

- Creating attractive social media posts to catch the audience's attention.

- Developing and sharing various social media content like graphics and other forms of content.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field

- At least 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or relevant role

- Should have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a solid portfolio of related projects.

- Have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Animate CC, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD and Photoshop).

- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, In Vision, etc. • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.

- Experience in HTML5, HTML, JavaScript, web design, UI design, Mobile Design

- Positive attitude and drive to keep learning, regardless of career stage.

- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
