- Manage all human resource functions of the dealership.
- Plan and execute manpower recruitment and staffing activities.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee perks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and manpower requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and retention.




- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower analysis for management.
- Support internal audits and ensure HR compliance with Maruti Suzuki standards.
- Promote workplace health, safety, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Assist management in organizational development and succession planning.
- Ensure timely communication of HR policies and organizational updates.
- Contribute to achieving the dealership's business objectives through effective people management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
