Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharma.D professional to join our Orthopedic Department. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, experience supporting orthopedic surgeons, and hands-on involvement in medical camps, patient counseling, medication management, and clinical coordination. The role requires close collaboration with orthopedic consultants to improve patient outcomes and ensure evidence-based pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist orthopedic surgeons in delivering comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in and coordinate orthopedic outreach camps, screening programs, and awareness initiatives.
- Review patient medication history and identify potential drug interactions.
- Provide medication counseling to orthopedic patients before and after surgery.
- Monitor medication safety, adverse drug reactions (ADRs), and therapeutic outcomes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapists, and pharmacy teams.
- Support clinical documentation, discharge medication reconciliation, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Assist in implementing evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Educate patients on medication adherence, pain management, osteoporosis management, and post-operative care.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education (CME) activities.

Required Qualifications





- Pharma.D (Doctor of Pharmacy)
- Registered Pharmacist (preferred)
- 1–5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Orthopedics preferred)
- Experience in organizing or participating in medical camps is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹10,078.53 - ₹32,523.82 per month
