Senior Red Teamer — Job Description (JD) Role Title Red Team Operator (Senior Consultant) Location Remote Experience Required 5+ years in Offensive Security with the majority focused on Red Team Operations, Adversary Simulation, or Advanced Offensive Security engagements.

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Red Teamer to conduct advanced adversary simulation exercises against enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with contemporary command-and-control frameworks, Active Directory attacks, phishing infrastructure, EDR bypass techniques, and post-exploitation tradecraft. This role requires both deep technical capability and robust communication skills for reporting, client interaction, and purple-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct full-scope Red Team operations across enterprise environments

- Simulate real-world adversaries using modern TTPs

- Develop and execute phishing and social engineering campaigns

- Perform Active Directory and Entra ID attack simulations

- Conduct lateral movement, privilege escalation, persistence, and defense evasion activities

- Research and implement EDR/AV bypass techniques

- Build and customize payloads, implants, and tooling

- Execute web, API, cloud, and network pentesting engagements as supporting capabilities

- Develop automation and offensive tooling using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go

- Produce high-quality technical reports and executive summaries

- Support purple-team exercises and collaborate with detection engineering teams





- Mentor junior operators and contribute to internal R&D;

Required Skills & Experience Offensive Security Experience

- 5+ years in Offensive Security

- Minimum 3+ years specifically in Red Teaming / Adversary Simulation

- Experience operating independently during Red Team engagements Red Team Tradecraft Hands-on experience with:

- Phishing campaigns

- Active Directory attacks

- Entra ID / Azure attacks

- Lateral movement

- Privilege escalation

- Persistence mechanisms

- Defense evasion

- EDR/AV bypassing

- OPSEC considerations Command & Control (C2) Experience with one or more:

- Cobalt Strike

- Havoc

- Sliver

- Mythic

- Empire

- Covenant Pentesting Foundation Knowledge of:

- Web application testing

- API security testing

- Internal/external network testing

- Cloud security testing (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Scripting & Development Experience with:

- Python

- PowerShell

- Bash

- Go Communication

- Strong report writing skills

- Client-facing communication experience

- Ability to explain technical findings to mixed audiences

Preferred Certifications Any of the following are strong indicators:

- CRTO

- CRTE

- OSEP

- OSCP
