- Create and optimize CNC programs using engineering drawings.
- Set up and operate CNC machines for production.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining methods.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Ensure product quality by following specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Maintain CNC program records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/BE in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of CNC programming experience.
- Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
