We are looking for Fabric Manager having experience in Knits fabric sourcing and management to join our agile team in Tirupur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabric Sourcing & Procurement:

Identify and develop relationships with domestic and international fabric suppliers, focusing on Knits fabrics. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality.

- Vendor Management:

Oversee and manage relationships with mills, dyeing, printing, and finishing vendors. Monitor supplier performance to maintain consistent quality and adherence to delivery timelines.

- Product Development & Sampling:

Collaborate with design and product development teams to source and develop fabrics aligned with seasonal trends, customer requirements, and international compliance. Coordinate fabric development processes, including lab dips, strike-offs, and sample approvals.

- Quality Assurance:





Ensure all fabrics meet buyer specifications and quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control processes to address any deviations and ensure consistent product quality.

- Costing & Budgeting:

Prepare and manage fabric cost sheets, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints. Implement strategies to optimize fabric costs and achieve cost savings.

- Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory, ensuring timely procurement and availability of materials for production schedules.

- Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of fabric sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
