Job Summary
Eagleton The Golf Resort is seeking a proactive and guest-focused Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and coordinate with all departments for smooth functioning of the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day hotel operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, and Security teams.
- Monitor lobby operations and maintain resort service standards.
- Handle VIP arrivals, guest requests, and emergency situations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and handover notes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 5–9 years of experience in Front Office or Operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
