Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: S-6, Haware funtasia business park,sector 30-A,Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally accounting software and basic knowledge of accounting principles, including sales and purchase entries and preparation of financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Pass sales, purchase, and journal entries in Tally.

Maintain accurate records of day-to-day accounting transactions.

Assist in preparing and maintaining balance sheets and financial statements.

Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before making entries.

Maintain purchase and sales registers.

Reconcile accounts and assist in bank reconciliation.

Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related information.





Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Assist seniors in month-end and year-end accounting processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

Hands-on experience with Tally.

Familiarity with sales entries, purchase entries, and balance sheet preparation.

Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
