About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Executive – Operations to manage service-based sales operations at our Chennai office. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling customer enquiries, converting leads into successful sales, and consistently contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries related to photography services.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle independently, from initial enquiry to final closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build robust client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.

Key Requirements





- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently handle clients and close sales effectively.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales (experience in the service industry is preferred).
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel, and CRM software preferred).
