Role: Technical Support Executive (Voice Support)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Customer Support, Upselling, Retention and Semi-Technical Support

Eligibility: Graduate / Undergraduate

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

For Technical support voice :CTC: ₹34,000 per month + Incentives

For retention experience salary goes upto 42,000 CTC

Interview Process:

HR Round ➝ SHL (Candidate’s Own Device) ➝ Ops Round ➝ Client Round

Key Update:

All interviews are Virtual. SHL will now be conducted after the HR round, and a Client Round has been added to the process.

- Customer Service experience (Mandatory)
- Upselling and Retention/ Semi-Tech (Troubleshooting) experience preferred
- Immediate Joiners only.

Selection Process:



HR Round → SHL Assessment (Candidate own device) → OPS Round
