Roles and Responsibilities : –
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
- Coordination with Bank officials, CA and GST Consultant on regular basis
- Calculation of GST and TDS (on monthly basis)
- Maintaining the Tally
- Preparing PI and Tax Invoices, coordination with customers for payment, creation of vendor codes
- Tax reporting
- Taking care of documentation whenever required
- Representing Company Financials, in event of loan processing etc. Contact the right agents if required.
- Advising on estimates for project funding / expenditures
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow, handling petty cash
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
- Examining financial records to check for accuracy
- Salary Calculation and disbursement of the same
- Checking Company Compliances
