Job Overview:
We are looking for a Material Management Executive to manage procurement, inventory, and material-related activities across all company units. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, inventory control, and proficiency in Tally. This role ensures timely availability of materials, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient procurement processes for all units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for all units, including sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Oversee inventory management across all units to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, orders, and inventory data using Tally and other relevant tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to production and other departments across all units.
- Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and receipts to avoid delays.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies across units.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for procurement and material management activities.
- Prepare consolidated reports on inventory status,
purchase trends, and supplier performance for all units.
- Coordinate with production and other departments in all units to forecast material requirements.
- Implement best practices for procurement and material management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to materials and procurement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, or material management, preferably across multiple units.
- Proficiency in Tally and inventory management systems.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and units.
Requirements:
- Education: B. Com or equivalent.
- Experience: Purchase and Material Managing experience.
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
