Job Role:

A Chinese Chef specializes in preparing authentic or Chinese cuisine while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes such as stir-fries, noodles, fried rice, soups, dim sum, and regional specialties.
- Plan menus and develop recent recipes based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure food is prepared according to standardized recipes, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Manage food inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
- Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen assistants when required.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service during busy periods.
- Comply with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
