Responsibility:

- Oversee all aspects of the F&B; department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including kitchen staff, waitstaff, and bar staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Monitor costs, manage budgets, and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Assist with marketing and promotional activities for the F&B; department.
- Identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other departments.
