Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, promoting real estate projects, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as calls, references, online platforms, social media, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations for clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions,



and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new project launches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation reports.

Required Qualifications

- Candidates with any graduation degree (pass-out) also eligible to apply.
- 0–6 months of experience in real estate sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
