We are looking for a passionate and confident Telecaller / Inbound Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, explain healthcare products, and convert leads into sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Explain Ayurvedic & healthcare products to customers
- Convert interested leads into sales
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Maintain customer data in CRM or Excel
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally
- Coordinate with dispatch and support teams
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Valuable Hindi communication skills
- Basic English understanding
- Experience in telecalling or telesales preferred
- Fresher can also apply




- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Experience in healthcare or Ayurvedic products is a plus

Salary

- ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month
