Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Embedded Systems and IoT technologies.
- Deliver training on Microcontrollers such as Arduino, PIC, AVR, ARM Cortex, ESP32, STM32, and Raspberry Pi.
- Teach Embedded C, C++, RTOS concepts, Device Drivers, and Communication Protocols.
- Design and develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises.
- Guide students in live projects, mini-projects, and capstone projects.
- Assess trainees through tests, practical evaluations, and project reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging embedded technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to trainees throughout the learning process.
- Coordinate with academic and technical teams to improve training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records, attendance, performance reports, and feedback.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of Embedded C and C++ Programming.
- Experience with Microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, AVR, ARM, STM32, ESP32, etc.).




- Knowledge of Communication Protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, and Ethernet.
- Understanding of RTOS concepts and Embedded Linux.
- Experience in IoT development and sensor interfacing.
- Familiarity with PCB concepts, hardware debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of development tools such as Keil, MPLAB, Arduino IDE, STM32CubeIDE, and Proteus.
- Understanding of wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and LoRa is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Embedded Systems Training, Development, or both.
- Industry project experience in Embedded Systems/IoT is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
