About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Lab Assistant to support the Kitchen & Restaurant department by ensuring the smooth execution of practical training sessions. The ideal candidate will assist faculty, maintain laboratory standards, manage equipment and inventory, and help create a safe, qualified learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist faculty during kitchen and restaurant practical sessions.

Prepare and arrange ingredients, equipment, utensils, and service stations before classes.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in laboratories and storage areas.

Support students during practical training and demonstrations.

Manage inventory, stock records, and proper storage of kitchen supplies and equipment.

Ensure the upkeep and smooth functioning of kitchen and restaurant equipment.





Assist in institutional events, food production, catering, and service activities.

Procure raw materials as instructed by faculty and ensure timely availability.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Hotel Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, hospitality institute, or similar environment.

Basic knowledge of kitchen and restaurant operations.

Ability to operate and maintain kitchen and restaurant equipment safely.

Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and time management skill.

Ability to collaborate with industry professionals and contribute to academic innovation.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
