Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new retail stores (brick-and-mortar) within assigned territory.
- Achieve a target of 50 new active retail accounts within 3 months.
- Conduct minimum 40 physical retail visits per week.- 25 unique
- Pitch Iron Asylum products and conduct live product sampling.
- Follow up for repeat orders and ensure secondary billing growth.
- Conduct inventory cross-check at retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.
- Submit daily activity reports and geo-tagged store visit photos.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Fresher with strong field energy OR 1–3 years experience in FMCG / Pharma / Supplements sales.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Comfortable with field sales and daily retail visits.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
