Skytown Group is looking for a skilled Typist with experience in real estate and legal documentation. The role requires high accuracy in typing and formatting legal/property-related documents, including proficiency in Kannada Nudi typing. The candidate must be detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive documentation with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Type and format real estate documents such as sale deeds, agreements, leases, and legal notices.
- Convert handwritten drafts, scanned files, and dictated content into accurate digital formats.
- Perform Kannada typing using Nudi software for regional documentation requirements.
- Proofread documents for grammatical, legal, and formatting accuracy.
- Maintain organized records of all property and legal documentation.




- Coordinate with legal and sales teams for document preparation and corrections.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation within deadlines.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in typing, preferably in real estate or legal documentation.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Kannada typing (Nudi software is mandatory).
- Solid working knowledge of MS Word and document formatting.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and property documentation formats.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
