Set performance goals and monitor team progress against business targets.

Drive sales growth through effective planning, execution, and market development strategies.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.

Analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions when required.

Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and organizational objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to execute business development initiatives.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
