- Act as the primary point of contact for distributors and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and customers
- Coordinate closely with the regional sales team for order execution and follow-ups
- Receive, verify, and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time
- Ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination
- Track order status and proactively update sales teams and customers
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve order-related issues such as shortages, delays, or billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of orders, POs, dispatches, and customer communications
- Support sales team with sales reports, order summaries, and MIS data
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
- Monitor distributor performance and support relationship growth
- Assist in demand forecasting and order planning with sales teams
- Support promotional schemes, pricing updates, and current product launches
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and communication
