Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Client Counseling: Assess client profiles to determine the most suitable visa type (e.g., tourist, business, or work).
- Documentation & Verification: Review and organize application materials, verify document authenticity, and ensure they meet strict embassy or consulate guidelines.
- Visa Processing & Filing: Complete and submit applications, manage fee payments, and schedule required biometrics or interviews.
- Communication & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, updating them on case progress and addressing any concerns or escalations.
- Compliance & Updates: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing international immigration laws, travel insurance, and embassy regulations.

Common Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream; certifications in travel/tourism or immigration law are a plus.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 5+ years of experience in immigration processing, overseas education, or travel/hospitality.
- Skills: Robust communication, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and cross-cultural customer service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
